By proceeding with such transactions, customers affirm their acceptance of both Bolabet’s and EcoCash’s terms and agree to comply with all stipulated conditions.
1.4 These Terms may be updated or amended from time to time. Customers are responsible for staying informed of any changes and ensuring their continued compliance with the most current version of these Terms and EcoCash’s terms and conditions.
2. EcoCash Deposit Vouchers
2.1. Purchase of Deposit Vouchers
Customers have the option to purchase Deposit Vouchers for use with Bolabet through EcoCash Mobile Money. To do so, customers must make payments directly into Bolabet’s designated EcoCash Merchant Account. The Merchant Account details for making these payments will be provided by Bolabet or can be obtained through Bolabet’s official communication channels.
2.2. Issuance of Deposit Vouchers
Upon successful receipt of payment into Bolabet’s EcoCash Merchant Account, Bolabet will process the transaction and issue the corresponding Deposit Vouchers to the customer. These Deposit Vouchers will be sent to the customer via either WhatsApp or SMS, depending on the contact information provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that accurate contact details are provided to facilitate the timely and correct delivery of Deposit Vouchers.
2.3. Validation of Deposit Vouchers
Once a customer has received their Deposit Voucher, they must validate the voucher within their Bolabet account. This process involves entering the unique voucher code provided into the designated section of their Bolabet account to credit the voucher amount to their account balance. Customers are encouraged to complete this validation promptly to ensure that the voucher amount is accurately reflected in their Bolabet account and can be used for betting or other authorised transactions.
3. Fees and Charges
3.1. No Fees Charged by Bolabet
Bolabet does not impose any fees or charges for payments made into its EcoCash Merchant Account. This means that customers will not incur any direct costs from Bolabet in relation to the transaction of funds into Bolabet's EcoCash Merchant Account.
3.2. Additional Charges from Third Parties
While Bolabet does not levy any fees for payments into its EcoCash Merchant Account, customers may encounter additional charges associated with their transactions. These charges may be applied by EcoCash or other financial institutions or payment service providers involved in processing the transaction. Such additional charges are not under the control of Bolabet and are solely the responsibility of the customer. It is important for customers to be aware that any fees or charges incurred from EcoCash or other payment methods are separate from and unrelated to Bolabet’s services. Customers should consult the relevant terms and conditions of EcoCash or other payment service providers to understand any potential costs associated with their transactions.
4. Payment Limits
4.1. Minimum Payment Amount
The minimum allowable amount for a single Merchant Payment transaction into Bolabet’s EcoCash Merchant Account is USD $1.00. This means that any transaction below this amount will not be accepted for deposit into Bolabet’s account.
4.2. Maximum Payment Amount
The maximum allowable amount for a single Merchant Payment transaction into Bolabet’s EcoCash Merchant Account is USD $100.00. Transactions exceeding this limit will not be processed or accepted by Bolabet.
5. Withdrawal Policy
5.1. EcoCash Withdrawals
Currently, EcoCash withdrawals are not available. Customers are unable to withdraw funds directly from their Bolabet accounts using EcoCash.
5.2. Withdrawal Process
All withdrawals from Bolabet accounts must be processed exclusively through Bolabet’s designated retail outlets. Customers should visit these retail locations to complete their withdrawal transactions. Bolabet will not process withdrawal requests through EcoCash or other electronic means at this time.
5.3. Account Activity and Verification
Accounts that exhibit activity involving deposits and withdrawals without corresponding betting activity will be subject to temporary freezing. This measure is taken until Bolabet completes necessary Know Your Customer (KYC) and fraud prevention checks. KYC procedures are essential for verifying the identity of the account holder, while fraud checks are performed to ensure the legitimacy of the account activities. Bolabet retains the right to permanently block any account found to be non-compliant with these requirements or exhibiting suspicious activities.

Bolabet may, at its discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any of the services provided under these Terms and Conditions, either in part or in full, at any time. Such changes may be made without prior notice to customers. 9. Limitation of Liability
Bolabet’s liability concerning transactions involving EcoCash Deposit Vouchers is strictly limited to the amount of funds that are actually transferred from the customer’s EcoCash account into Bolabet’s EcoCash Merchant Account. Bolabet is not liable for any other losses, damages, or expenses that may arise in connection with the use of EcoCash services, including but not limited to issues with transaction processing, system errors, or disputes with EcoCash. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether direct or indirect, and is subject to the extent of funds transferred as confirmed by Bolabet’s records.
10. Indemnity
By using the EcoCash deposit services provided by Bolabet, customers agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet, including its subsidiaries, associate companies, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors, from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, damages, or expenses. This indemnification covers any issues arising from the use of EcoCash deposit services, except to the extent of the value of the funds deposited into Bolabet’s EcoCash Merchant Account that can be substantiated. This indemnity applies to any claims or liabilities that result, either directly or indirectly, from the use or misuse of EcoCash deposit services and is intended to protect Bolabet from potential legal or financial repercussions associated with such use.
11. Suspension and Termination
11.1 In the event of suspected fraud, abuse, technical issues, or any other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may compromise the integrity of the EcoCash deposit services, Bolabet reserves the right to take precautionary measures. Specifically, Bolabet may suspend or place a hold on deposited funds until the completion of necessary due diligence procedures to verify the legitimacy and compliance of the transactions. This due diligence may involve investigations to ascertain the legitimacy of the transactions and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies. During this period, access to the frozen funds may be restricted until Bolabet completes its review and resolution of the matter.
11.2 Bolabet may, as required by law or regulatory directives, be obligated to provide financial information related to deposits made into Bolabet’s EcoCash Merchant Account. Such disclosure may be required by governmental authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other official bodies with jurisdiction over financial transactions. Bolabet will comply with legal and regulatory obligations to ensure transparency and cooperation with relevant authorities in such circumstances.
11.3 Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or terminate the EcoCash deposit services, either in part or in full, at their discretion. This may occur for any reason, including but not limited to changes in business operations, regulatory requirements, or technical considerations. Bolabet is not obligated to provide prior notice of such modifications or terminations. Customers acknowledge and accept that Bolabet and its authorised agents are not liable for any claims or losses arising from such modifications or terminations. The only recourse available to customers will be for the value of any unused deposits made into Bolabet’s EcoCash Merchant Account that can be proven. By using the EcoCash deposit services, customers waive any rights or claims against Bolabet or its authorised agents except for the proven value of unused deposits made into Bolabet’s EcoCash Merchant Account by the individual customer concerned.
